• Support in checking adjustment parameters on building control equipment and appropriate changes to conform with economic operation and handling including fault registration and follow-up
• Operational support for technical building and hazard alarm systems
• Execution of regular checks in buildings and technical systems including all consumption meters for media delivered by piping
• Regular checking of all light fixtures including replacement of defective emergency power supply pictogram lamps
• Small-scale repairs of damage and faults
• Ensuring orderliness and security at all university sites
