The Vocational Training Act
The Vocational Training Act (BBiG) http://bundesrecht.juris.de/bbig_2005/ regulates vocational training (dual system), vocational training preparation, further education and vocational retraining in Germany. The BBiG also determines the prerequisites for vocational training measures.
The Federal Data Protection Act
The Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) http://www.thueringen.de/de/tim/rechtsgrundlagen/datenschutz/ regulates, together with other field-specific regulations, how personal data processed in IT systems (or manually) is to be handled.
The Youth Employment Protection Act
The Youth Employment Protection Act (JArbSchG) http://bundesrecht.juris.de/jarbschg/index.html is a law for the protection of children and young people who are working.
The Working Hours Act
The Working Hours Act (ArbZG) http://bundesrecht.juris.de/arbzg/ sets limiting conditions for employee working hours in Germany.
It is binding on both employers and employees.
The Penal Code
The Penal Code (StGB) http://bundesrecht.juris.de/stgb/index.html regulates the central criminal law material. It determines the prerequisites for, and legal consequences of, criminal deeds.
The Thueringen Employee Representation Act
The Thueringen Employee Representation Act (ThürPersVG) http://www.fh-erfurt.de/fhe/fileadmin/Material/Gremien/JAV/PersVG.pdf regulates the election, responsibilities and powers of employee representatives.
Employee representatives are employees' councils, overall employee councils and main employee councils, as well as public service representatives for young people and trainees. Employee representative are similar to a workers' council, which looks after the interests of those employees not in public service.
The Maternity Leave Act
The Maternity Leave Act (MuSchG) http://bundesrecht.juris.de/muschg/index.html is a law for the protection of working mothers. It is intended to protect mothers-to-be and nursing mothers from unhealthy forms of employment.
The Employee Dismissal Protection Act
The Employee Dismissal Protection Act (KSchG) http://bundesrecht.juris.de/kschg/ is a law that limits, on behalf of the employee, the freedom of dismissal enshrined in the civil code for longer-duration contracts to socially justifiable dismissal upon termination of employment.

General training plan for precision mechanical engineers
The general education plan http://www.fh-erfurt.de/fhe/fileadmin/Material/Gremien/JAV/Ausbildungsrahmenplan_Feinwerkmechaniker.pdf is generally part of a training directive in Germany through which a recognised training profession is mandatorily introduced as part of the Vocational Training Act (BBiG). The general training plan forms the basis of the individual "factual and temporal" arrangement required for every training contract and vocational training programme.

General Integration Agreement
