Staff Council
The Staff Council represents the interests of the employees in the area of public service. Employees of FHE elect the members of the Council every four years. The staff council's responsibilities include:
- Monitoring that applicable laws, regulations, tariff contracts, duty agreements and administrative directives are in the interest of the staff
- Right of co-determination in personnel, social, organisational and other internal measures
- Receipt of staff suggestions and complaints
