• University graduates
• University (of Applied Sciences) graduates "Immobilienfachwirt/in (IHK)" ("Property Specialist (CCI)") and minimum 3 years professional experience in the housing industry
• Employed persons without a university degree who have become suitably qualified through their occupation or by other means

The course of study "Property Manager (UAS)" equips students to become active and results-oriented managers of properties and businesses.Teaching covers the framework conditions and parameters of commercial business management, and tools of business management may be applied. On completion of the course, students are able to analyse and evaluate value-creation processes. In this way, compliance requirements can be identified and the processes of change shaped and controlled.

The course contents are as follows:

• Introduction to business management and principles of property legislation,
• Business management principles in property administration,
• Property management and
• Project thesis/ final colloquium

The course leads to the award of an accredited degree certificate from the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt.

This is an in-service course of study. As a rule, lectures are held in the form of study days once a month on Friday/Saturday for the whole day.
