Media technology
This section refers to the centrally administered media equipment at the Altonaer Strasse site.
Special cards are needed for access to the equipment in the lecture theatres, seminar and multifunctional room. Use of the overhead projectors located in the lecture theatres and seminar rooms is also possible without a card.

Conditions of use
Access to some media storage areas requires a means of identification (card) and is only granted to authorised people entrusted with the "operation of media electronics".
The means of identification is to be treated in the same way as an EC card. The cardholder undertakes to only use the card within the scope of its entitlements. The card must be protected from mechanical stress and magnetic fields, e.g. from electrical appliances and loudspeakers.
The equipment must be handled with care and always be returned, switched off (and locked away), at the agreed time. Unless otherwise instructed, equipment settings must remain unchanged. Any defects, faults or losses must be reported immediately to the Workshop (telephone 0361 6700-775).
The user may be liable for damage or secondary damage arising through personal fault. Use of the equipment is free of charge for official use only and it remains the property of UAS Erfurt!
