Rules on working time
The rules on working time are based on the Arbeitszeitgesetz (Working Time Act).
On this basis a Service agreement on flexible work times has been drawn up between the university administration and the Staff Council for employees of the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt (exception: professors, teaching staff for special duties, Head of Administration, drivers, doctoral candidates).
The service agreement regulates the area of application, working and flexible hours, time accounting, absence, time recording, data protection and the different responsibilities.
