University Guide
Annually, at the start of the winter term and last time in 2011, the Guide to the UAS Erfurt is published in cooperation with the Erfurt company Loewe Werbung. This gives an overview of the courses and their content as well of the structure of the University and the responsibilities of each Department.
"Quadratmeter" term newspaper
The Press Office issues the "Quadratmeter" term newspaper each term. The issue, consisting of a run of 2,200 copies (as of 09/2010), appears at the start of the lecturing period.

Alumni bulletin
Especially for alumni, the Alumni bulletin also appears at the beginning of the lecturing period in cooperation with the Alumni Representative. it specifically informs former students, graduates, friends and partners of the FH about activities and events.
It is sent to around 5,000 addresses of former students shortly after term start as a central information pamhlet. (In the summer term only digital. Download as pdf with 1,2 MB) In addition, the recipients receive faculty-specific alumni bulletins as and when contributions arrive. The circulation corresponds to the number of graduates from the faculty concerned.
The pamphlet is sent by post and may contain department-specific information.
