Research in Progress
Applied research projects with a regional scope are affiliated to Institut Verkehr und Raum (IVR), the Transport and Spatial Planning Institute of FH Erfurt. In early 2007, the Professorship of Transport Economics and its research assistants have joined this multidisciplinary institution. The software laboratory "Transport Modelling", inaugurated in mid-2006, is a central infrastructural asset of IVR.
