Studies at the Department of Conservation and Restoration

Master's degree

The interdisciplinary approach of the Bachelor's degree is also continued in the Master's degree. The students acquire interdisciplinary knowledge with regard to methodical, aesthetic and technological issues that concern the consolidation, cleaning and addition of art and cultural assets. You will acquire interdisciplinary knowledge about cause analysis and treatment conception.

In the majors of Restoration Management and Preventive Conservation, as well as in the specialization subjects, students acquire overarching skills that enable them to take on managerial positions in restoration companies and institutions for the care of art and cultural property or to work as a freelancer.
