Re-enrolment winter Semester 2021/22


IMPORTANT! This information will not be sent additionally by post, but will be sent to every student by email. Please activate your university email account and regularly check your inbox.

If you intend to continue your studies in your current degree course at the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt, you have to re-enrol for every further semester of study. This also applies if you only have individual exams (e.g. colloquium) left to take.

For this purpose, please transfer the semester fee and, if applicable, the long-term tuition fees within the prescribed period. Re-enrolment is complete when the semester fee has been credited to the account of FH Erfurt. We can obtain these bank details automatically. However, this only works if you follow the exact transfer procedure below.

The re-enrolment period for the winter semester 2021/22 is from

01.08. – 31.08.2021

A re-enrolment before the re-enrolment deadline is possible at any time.

You can see your student status in "Mein FHEcampus".

Students who have received a tuition fee notice (500 euros) are to transfer this fee together with the semester fee.

Students on leave of absence are automatically exempt from paying the semester fee. You have the option of taking advantage of the semester ticket upon payment of the full semester fee. Students who can prove that they will not be in Thuringia for at least 21 weeks of the semester due to their work placement or writing their thesis can apply for exemption from paying the semester ticket through Thuringian Student Services (Studierendenwerk/infopunkt: Refectory building, University of Erfurt, terrace entrance, Nordhäuser Str. 63, 99084 Erfurt) before the semester begins. You can find the application forms on the Student Services website. he semester fee is then reduced to 83 euros.

Applications for exemption from payment of the semester ticket and the contribution to the bicycle rental system must be submitted directly to Thuringian Student Services/Studierendenwerk Thüringen or the Student Council/StuRa of the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt.

You only need to submit an insurance certificate if you have recently changed your health insurance provider.

The fee for belated payment is €25. Failure to transfer the full amount will result in termination of enrolment at the end of the semester.

Students in their 1st semester will be sent a certificate of enrolment and a temporary student ID (valid for a limited period - to be exchanged for thoska).

Students in higher semesters receive their confirmation of studies via online download. After re-enrolment is completed, you need to validate your thoska.

Please note that you are obliged to inform any changes of address to the Student Admissions Office immediately. To do this, change the address in the online student portal "Mein FHEcampus".
