Making copies for private purposes
At the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt it is possible to use the copier for private purposes. Charging is carried out on an annual basis in order to keep within acceptable limits the expense of recording the amount of private copies produced. At the change of the fiscal year all employees of the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt receive a form to state the number of private copies made over the entire year. The number of private copies must be stored until that point. Even if this provision is not used, a false error indication (also in electronic form) is required.
Copying costs are 0.05 € per A4 copy.
