URBIO - Online Survey: Research Agenda for Urban Biodiversity, Ecosystem Services & Design

Survey closed on March 3rd, 2014. Thank you for your participation!

Research priorities and online survey

As a start to the process of compiling a research agenda, the group came up with a number of potential research priorities. We now ask you, the reader, to spend three to five minutes to indicate which of these (or others) you consider most important. The intention is that, with time, such a list may influence the way in which funding is allocated so that planning and implementation at the local level is built on a more solid knowledge base.

  1. Please indicate the five questions you consider the most important, using the ones listed on the voting page - or add a new one.
  2. Please make further comments, e.g. reasons for your choices or why you proposed a new research priority, at the comments page.

Deadline for votes and comments is February 28th, 2014!

Afterwards we will keep you updated about the outcomes of this survey. The discussion between scientists, practitioners and citizen representatives will continue during the next URBIO conference and at a summit on cities and subnational implementation in October 2014 in South Korea. The results of the research agenda dialogue will be presented to the High-Level Segment of the 12th Conference of the Parties as part of a message from local and subnational governments.
