Welcome to the World Petunia Days 2024

The World Petunia Days are an annual academic congress for petunia researchers. The event aims not only to facilitate collaboration between petunia researchers from around the world, but also to provide an opportunity to present new findings and potential future research projects. The annual World Petunia Days are held in a relaxed environment where everyone can freely share and discuss their research ideas, methodology, techniques and even unpublished data.
The date and venue for the next Petunia Days is agreed on the final day of the congress, and this year it will be held in Erfurt. The impressive historic city centre is really rather special, with its beautiful alleyways and buildings. Everywhere you go, something interesting will catch your eye, and the city is home to many charming cafés and fascinating shops. Erfurt is also a particularly green city, full of flowers and parks and surrounded by forests and woodland.
You are bound to enjoy your stay in the picturesque medieval city of Erfurt.
We look forward to welcoming all participants of the congress to Germany's "flower city"!
