How to register for or withdraw from exams

  • Exams for the summer semester of 2026 will take place between July 20, 2026, and August 7, 2026.

    Note: For students in the LGF faculty, the exam period runs from July 20 to August 14, 2026.
    You can register for exams through "MeinFHEcampus" during the regular registration period from June 1 to June 28, 2026.

  • You can drop an exam in "MeinFHEcampus" without submitting a withdrawal request until July 17, 2026.

    After this deadline has passed, you can only cancel your registration by submitting a completed cancellation form.

    • Support regarding decisions on credit transfer for elective subjects 
    • Verifying and monitoring that incoming examination results are correct and complete
    • Determining that a student has definitively failed their degree program, including the formal administrative procedure (initial notification).
